FAQ:

• Do you make house calls? Yes. That's my selling proposition. All our technology services will be at your house. While some questions may be able to be completed over the phone, I find in-person support to be much more helpful. 
• I'm not very technical. Will you take the time to explain? Absolutely, Yes. I learn by doing myself, so it doesn't help anyone if I can't show you what I did. 
• What devices do you help with? Virtually everything. I'm not guaranteeing anything, but we should be able to get you up and running with most devices. 
• What payment do you accept? If it's the IRS asking, I accept cash, checks, Venmo, Zelle, etc. If you aren't the IRS, I don't  cook and I don't like raisins. Homemade food goes a long way. Bonus if it's ethnic food. 
• Will you talk to a family member? Absolutely. I have technology challenged friends and parents as well and I want to be sure they aren't taken advantage of. I'll happily talk to anyone prior to doing anything, and explain exactly what I'm doing, the length of time I think will be needed, approximate costs, and anything else they want to know. This also holds true if I'm asked to attend a home service call ensuring the client knows exactly what is happening, is treated fairly, and with no unnecessary upcharges during service repair visits.
• How can you afford to do this? I'm semi retired, which puts me in a unique position. Larger companies need strict hourly billing to cover overhead, but I do not. Because my expenses are low and my schedule is flexible, I can take the time to sit with you, listen, and help solve your challenges without watching the clock.
• Will you cook meals for an in-home visit? No, I don't cook meals during visits. If I did, you'd probably need a kitchen cleaner and possibly a nurse specializing in food poisoning. My cooking skills peak at cereal and water, ​and I've built a strong, consistent track record in both.
